Scope:

This course is based on the guidelines of IMO Model Course 1.11.
Course is intended for masters, deck officers and other personnel responsible for cargo and ballast handling on oil tankers.

Objective:

After successful completion of the course the trainees should be able to explain in detail the principles involved in the prevention of marine pollution from cargo oil through specific construction and equipment requirements for oil tankers, and to comply effectively with the relevant operational requirements.
