Scope:
The course is conducted in accordance to the requirements of sec. 6.3 of IMO Res. A.891 (21).
Objective:
This course has been specifically designed to provide delegates with the knowledge and skills required to take role as a Barge Supervisor or Barge Captain.

- Emergency duties and communications
- Transit operations
- Seamanship
- Handling and stowage of supplies, including dangerous goods
- Safe working practices
- Regulatory and certification requirements
- Emergency first aid
- Anchor handling

Prerequisite:
- Identification card or passport
- Medical exam (not older than 12 months)

Note to Client:
After successful completion of the course and assessment candidates will receive an Barge Supervisor MOU certificate of attendance witch satisfy the training and Examination requirements for Liberian or Panamian Licenses for Barge Supervisor.
